How to pay your C-T Utility Department Bill

The C-T Utility Department is tasked with billing and collecting the water and sewer charges on behalf of the Collegeville-Trappe Joint Public Works Department (CTJPWD) and Collegeville-Trappe Municipal Authority (CTMA). There are several options to pay your water and/or sewer bill. You may mail your payment to the C-T Utility Department or drop it off at their office located at 220 West First Avenue, Trappe, PA.

Public Works & Water Service

CTJPWD, jointly operated by Collegeville and Trappe Boroughs, provides public water and manages utility billing operations.

Water service provided by C-T Joint Public Works Department

The Collegeville-Trappe Joint Public Works Department (CTJPWD) is owned and operated by the Borough of Collegeville and the Borough of Trappe. CTJPWD provides public water to properties located in both Boroughs. The water consumption charges are billed in arrears and collected through the C-T Utility Department.

Sewer Service

The Collegeville-Trappe Municipal Authority (CTMA) provides sanitary sewer service in the Borough of Collegeville and the Borough of Trappe. The sewer rental charges are billed in arrears and collected through the C-T Utility Department. The office can be reached at 610.489.2831. The Water Works Park

Water Works Park, a 17-acre facility located at West First Avenue, is maintained by the Collegeville-Trappe Joint Public Works Department.
